A fine example of the diversity of gardens in the Southern Highlands. Set on a level one acre site near the top of Mt. Gibraltar, it blends modern architecture with Australian native plants (there are just two exceptions – see if you can spot them). Much of the indigenous flora has been maintained and enhanced by the introduction of other Australian species and cultivars. A lovely courtyard adjacent to the house features cleverly pruned mellaleucas which create a sculptural effect. This ecologically sensitive garden is the result of 14 years hard work by its dedicated owners.
